1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Lockz - Fantasy Sports. By registering and using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not create an account or use any of our services.

1.3 By using Lockz, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

1.4 "You", "your", "user" or "customer" refers to any registered player using Lockz services. "We", "our", "us" or "company" refers to Lockz - Fantasy Sports.

1.5 Lockz operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations.

1.6 These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be notified to users upon login, requiring acceptance before continuing use.

2. Registering an Account

2.1 Users must be 18 years or older and reside in an eligible jurisdiction to create a Lockz account. If underage users or those from restricted regions register, their accounts will be closed, and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Users must provide accurate personal details. If we detect incorrect or fraudulent information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

2.3 We may require proof of identity and address for verification. Acceptable documents include passports, driving licenses, or utility bills.

2.4 Each player may only have one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same user, we may suspend or terminate all associated accounts.

2.5 By registering, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, processing, and protection.

3. Game Rules & Participation

3.1 Tournament Registration: Players must register their Fantasy team before the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.

3.2 Selecting Players: Users are responsible for ensuring that their selected players are in the starting lineup. Players who do not participate will receive 0 points.

3.3 Scoring System: Points are awarded based on player performance in real-life matches, including but not limited to goals, assists, shots, passes, and disciplinary actions.

3.4 Fantasy Points Requirement: Players must exceed their assigned Fantasy Points line to contribute to the user's total score; otherwise, they score 0 points.

3.5 Team Composition: Users must select 2 Defenders, 2 Midfielders, and 1 Attacker to form a valid team.

3.6 Tiebreaker Rule: If two teams have the same total points, the team with the higher-scoring captain wins.

3.7 Leaderboard Tracking: Users can follow their scores and rankings live and engage in chat discussions with other participants.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Lockz Points

4.1 Lockz operates on a free-to-play model with Playmoney as currency for Entries and winnings.

4.2 Lockz Points: Players earn Lockz Points through gameplay, which can be used to enter tournaments, upgrade avatars, and participate in special events.

4.3 Once a week, every user will receive 1,000 Lockz Points to the balance.

4.4 Lockz Points do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. User Conduct & Fair Play

5.1 Any form of cheating, fraudulent behavior, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities will result in account suspension or termination.

5.2 Users must not engage in offensive, discriminatory, or abusive behavior in chat functions or on the platform. Violation may result in chat restrictions or account bans.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Users can close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

6.3 If an account remains inactive for 12 months, it may be closed or archived.

7. Liability & Limitations

7.1 Lockz is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, or other unforeseen disruptions.

7.2 Users acknowledge that participation in Fantasy Sports competitions carries inherent risk, and Lockz is not liable for any perceived financial losses or missed opportunities.

7.3 We are not responsible for third-party service providers, including payment processors and API data providers.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, trademarks, and platform features belong to Lockz. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Updates & Amendments

9.1 Lockz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of major updates upon login and must accept the new terms to continue using the platform.

9.2 Continued use of Lockz services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
